通过开展聚丙烯纤维混凝土的冻融循环试验,探讨了聚丙烯纤维掺量对混凝土的抗冻融性能的影响,试验结果表明:在混凝土中掺加适量的聚丙烯纤维可改善混凝土的抗冻融性能,聚丙烯纤维均匀的分布在混凝土中,当混凝土中水泥石受到冻结产生拉应力时,分布在毛细孔中的聚丙烯纤维可以承受部分拉应力,从而减小了水泥石承受的拉应力,达到改善混凝土抗冻融性能的目的。
通過開展聚丙烯纖維混凝土的凍融循環試驗,探討瞭聚丙烯纖維摻量對混凝土的抗凍融性能的影響,試驗結果錶明:在混凝土中摻加適量的聚丙烯纖維可改善混凝土的抗凍融性能,聚丙烯纖維均勻的分佈在混凝土中,噹混凝土中水泥石受到凍結產生拉應力時,分佈在毛細孔中的聚丙烯纖維可以承受部分拉應力,從而減小瞭水泥石承受的拉應力,達到改善混凝土抗凍融性能的目的。

In order to study freeze-thaw cycles propertie of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete,a series of freeze-thaw cycles experiments for polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete are carried out. The results show that:adding moderate polypropylene fibers in concrete can improve the performance of freeze-thaw resistance of concrete,polypropylene fibers are well distributed in the concrete,when hardened cement paste subiect to tensile stress which was generated by cycles,polypropylene fibers distributed in the pores of cement paste can partially share the tensile stress, thus reducing the tensile stress in the cement paste,and improve the concrete properties of freeze-thaw resistance.
