为了研究高性能PVA纤维砂浆的制备及性能,通过控制纤维掺量和膨胀剂的添加设计了6组对比试验,进行试件的抗压强度与抗折强度的试验,试验结果表明,膨胀剂和PVA纤维复合的砂浆抗压强度改变不明显,但是抗折强度有较大幅度的提高;单掺PVA纤维及PVA纤维与膨胀剂复合,砂浆的折压比随纤维掺量的增加而提高。
為瞭研究高性能PVA纖維砂漿的製備及性能,通過控製纖維摻量和膨脹劑的添加設計瞭6組對比試驗,進行試件的抗壓彊度與抗摺彊度的試驗,試驗結果錶明,膨脹劑和PVA纖維複閤的砂漿抗壓彊度改變不明顯,但是抗摺彊度有較大幅度的提高;單摻PVA纖維及PVA纖維與膨脹劑複閤,砂漿的摺壓比隨纖維摻量的增加而提高。

In order to research the manufacturing and performance for the high-performance PVA fiber morta,the paper undertakes 6 groups of comparative tests by controlling the fiber mixing volume and addition of expansion agent,has the tests of the anti-pressure and anti-fracture strength of the trials,proves by the test results that the expansion agent and PVA fiber composite mortar has no evident changes in the anti-pres-sure strength,but its anti-facture strength is greatly improved,the ratio of bending strength to compressive strength is promoted with increased mixture of fiber for the single mixture of fiber and the composite of PVA fiber and expansion agent.
