近年来,具有类石墨烯结构的二维材料过渡金属二硫化物(TMD)由于其优异的光学、电学等方面的性质被广泛关注。本文介绍了这类材料中典型代表二硫化钼(MoS2),着重阐述了它的几种常见制备方法及分析其结构的表征方法,提出衬度光谱学为目前相对高效且不破坏样品结构的表征分析法,最后简述了其应用并展望了其发展趋势和所面临的挑战。

In recent years, due to its extraordinary properties in fields like optics, electrics and others, the Transition Metal Disulfide (TMD),which is a two-dimensional material with the similar structure of graphene, has attracted wide attention. A typical example of two-dimensional material called molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) was introduced in this paper, in which the common preparation methods and structural characterization methods was emphatically elaborated. It also proposed that the contrast spectroscopy is a characterization method with high efficiency and complete sample structure. At last, the paper mentioned its appliance, development tendency and challenges.
