水轮机剪断销作为水机导水机构的保护常发生剪断,导致主机缺陷和故障,减少机组可利用小时数,直接影响机组正常运行。经过理论分析,结合多年的运行检修实践,研究了剪断销剪断的各种原因,并采取有效措施,减少故障发生,尽量避免误报,对水轮机的设计、运行和检修有参考意义。

Turbine shearpin occurs frequently sheared faut as the protection of turbine distributor, leading to hostdefects and faults, reduc?ing unit using the number of hours, affecting the normal operation of unit. In this paper,through theoretical analysis, combined with the oper?ation and maintenance practice for many years, it studys various reasons of shearpin cutting off, and take effective measures to reduce the fault, avoid false positives as far as possible. It will take reference to design, operation and maintenance of hydraulic turbine.
