针对开关容易出现故障而影响电力系统平稳运行的问题,研发一种10kV开关柜智能组件,该智能组件具有保护、测控和状态监测及自诊断等多种功能。首先详细介绍开关柜智能组件的结构、各主要功能模块,重点分析基于DSP和ARM的双CPU结构等关键技术,然后进一步介绍该开关柜智能组件的界面系统及应用。

According to switch faults,which are easy to occur and affect the stability of power system,a novel 10kV switchgear cabinets intelligent components,including various functions of protecting,measuring and controlling,status monitoring,and self-diagnosis,is developed. This paper first introduces the structure and main function modules of switchgear cabinet intelligent components in details, especially focusing on analyzing some key technologies, such as the dual-CPU structure based on DSP and ARM. Then the interface system and the application of switchgear cabinet intelligent components will be further explained.
