基于对《内经》文本的语言分析发现，中医语言具有简洁凝练、语言固化、医哲交融与文学表达等主要特征，这些特征对中医翻译具有潜在的规约性。中医语言言简意赅，使中医翻译面临信息密度过大的问题，因此如何在翻译中降低目标语言的信息密度，使中医术语融入现代科学术语体系，成为中医翻译不可回避的重要现实问题；中医语言亘古不变的固化特点，要求现代中医译者必须精通中国传统医学所特有的医古文体系，才能更为精确传神地用目标语言来表达中医学固有的内涵与思想；由于“医易同源”，中医语言具有“医哲交融”的特征，译者在中医翻译中应坚持以意译方法为主要手段，以传达中医医理为主要目标；中医语言多元辞格的广泛使用，增加了中医翻译的难度，译者应结合各修辞格的特征，依据具体语境灵活选择译法。

The linguistic analysis of Neijing found that traditional Chinese medicine has the main characteristics of being simple , concise, unchanged , mixture of medicine and philosophy , and literature expression , which has a potential statute of translation . Traditional Chinese medicine has concise language so the translation is facing the problem of excessive density of information . Thus how to reduce the information density in translation to ensure traditional Chinese medicine being integrated into modern sci -entific terminology has become an unavoidable practical problem .Its unchanged language characteristic requires the translators to be proficient in Chinese traditional medicine's unique ancient medical system in order to more accurately express its connotations and thoughts .Due to the “Medicine Yi homologous”, Chinese medicine language has a “mixture of medicine and philosophy”feature, and the translation should adhere to the paraphrase method as the main means , and convey medical knowledge as the main objective .The widely used multiple rhetoric in traditional Chinese medicine increases the difficulty of translation , and the translator should combine various rhetorical features depending on the specific context to choose flexible translation .
