校企深度融合构建了“轮岗实训——顶岗实习——就业”专业实训课程教学模式，使得顶岗实习实训课程有效的与企业工作岗位对接、更有针对性地为“职教联盟企业”培养高素质技能型人才，提升了高职制药专业实训课程育人的针对性、实践性和专业性。校企共同遵守构建的“职教联盟章程”，严格执行制药专业顶岗实习方案，强化了制药专业实训课程教学的质量，丰富了实训课程的内涵，保障了制药专业顶岗实习方案的实施与实训课程模式的可持续发展。
