当前我国高校教育体系与管理体制的构建方面仍存在不足之处，如对大学生时间管理能力培养的忽视。本文在对大学生时间管理能力缺失原因进行分析的基础上，开展了一系列对大学生时间管理教育策略的探讨，这对于全面促进大学生身心健康和提升高校办学效率都具有重大意义。大学生时间管理能力缺失的主要原因，在于没有明确的人生目标与人生理想，自主能力差，缺乏时间管理的经验与方法，因此高校需采取具体措施培养大学生的时间管理能力。

At present, there are still shortcomings in the con-struction of higher education system and management system in Chinese colleges and universities, such as the neglect of the cul-tivation of college students' time management ability. Based on the analysis of the reasons of college students' lack of time man-agement ability, this paper carried out a series of discussions on strategies for the education of college students' time management, which is of great significance for comprehensively promoting the physical and psychological health of college students, and im-proving the efficiency of running college. The main reasons of college students' lack of time management ability lie in their lack of a clear goal and ideal of life, poor independent ability, and lack of time management experience and methods. Therefore, colleges and universities need to take concrete and effective measures to cultivate college students' time management ability.
