This thesis is to have research and exploring on machining methods, way of control, programming etc for shaping gears or spline with high precision angular position requirements on CNC shaping machine by using NC technology, software technology and principle of shaping to fulfill shaping needs on gears and splines with high precision angular position requirements. It provides theoretical evidence and way of machining for shaping on gears,splines and herring-bone gears with angular position requirements.
