当前民办高校校长职业发展面临来源结构不合理、职业认识存在偏差以及职业发展制度不健全等问题。为此,从职业群体自身发展和民办高校制度建设两个维度提出解决策略:引导校长群体树立正确职业理念、找准职业定位、提升职业能力以及培育职业共同体;通过构建由多元候选渠道、校本需求导向遴选程序以及弹性任期等组成的校长遴选机制,制定规范化的校长工作机制,探索以绩效考核为主、人文关怀为辅的激励机制,以推进校长的职业化发展。

The development of the professionalization of presidents of non-governmental institutions of higher learning is facing the problems of irrational source structure , deviation in job understanding and unsound career development .Based on the investiga-tion, this paper proposes resolution strategies from the two dimensions of own professional development and construction of non -governmental institutions of higher learning system .It should guide the principal groups to set up correct professional idea , find accurate career orientation , enhance professional skills , and foster professional community .Meanwhile, non-governmental insti-tutions of higher learning should explore characteristic president selection mechanisms with multiple candidate channels , demand oriented selection process and flexible terms , and develop the canonical president working mechanism and explore incentive mechanisms focused on performance evaluation but supplemented by humanistic care .Through the construction of such systems , it promotes the professionalization of the presidents of non-governmental institutions of higher learning .
