为研究卷烟设计参数对烟气稀释作用的影响,设计了一套ISO钟形抽吸模式下卷烟烟气扩散的测量装置,建立了全支(不点燃时的烟支)、燃烧锥(燃烧时的烟支)、切割烟支(在不点燃烟支的情况下,将燃烧时烟灰长度相同的烟支切割掉后剩余的烟支)3种状态下烟气稀释率的测量方法,考察了卷烟材料特性(卷烟纸透气度、滤嘴通风度和未燃烟支长度)在3种状态下对烟气稀释作用的影响规律.结果表明:①当卷烟纸透气度在30~70 CU范围时,全支、燃烧锥和切割烟支3种状态下烟气稀释率均随卷烟纸透气度的增加而增加.其中,全支状态下的空气稀释率最大,为5.97%~12.16%.②滤嘴通风度在0~50.8%时,滤嘴端烟气稀释率为0~59.81%.基于ISO钟形抽吸模式下的滤嘴烟气稀释率检测结果高于GB/T 22838.15—2009恒速抽吸模式下滤嘴通风率的检测结果.③未燃烟支长度同样对烟气稀释具有影响,烟支端稀释作用随着未燃烟支长度的增加而增加,当未燃烟支长度在0~30 mm变化时,烟气稀释率为0~12.58%.

In order to study the effects of cigarette material parameters on cigarette smoke dilution, a device for measuring cigarette smoke diffusion was established under ISO bell-shaped puff profile. Methods for measuring the dilution rate of cigarette smoke under three conditions (unlighted full length cigarette, combustion cone, burnt cigarette rods of different remaining lengths) were developed. The effects of cigarette material parameters (cigarette paper permeability, filter ventilation rate and the remaininglength of burnt cigarette) on the dilution rate of cigarette smoke under the three conditions were investigated. The results showed that: 1) The dilution rate of cigarette smoke under the three conditions increased with the increase of cigarette paper permeability within the range of 30-70 CU, it was 5.97%-12.16% for unlighted full length cigarette, the largest among the three conditions. 2) The dilution rate of cigarette smoke at the filter end of cigarette was 0-59.81% within the filter ventilation rate of 0-50.8%, which was higher under ISO bell-shaped puff profile than under GB/T22838.15—2009 constant velocity puff profile. 3) The dilution rate of cigarette smoke at the tobacco end increased with the increase of the remaining length of burnt cigarette, it was 0-12.58% while the remaining length of burnt cigarette ranged from 0 to 30 mm.
