频繁“学生生失联”事件的发生暴露出当前高校学生工作中底线教育的不足。“人的全面发展”是马克思主义学说的灵魂，更是辅导员工作的理论指导。工作对象的新特点和职业能力标准的新要求，从理论与实践两方面要求一线学生思想政治教育工作者与时俱进，让自己的工作在学生德育、“礼”的教育、“法”及安全意识教育、大学生心理健康四个方面更显系统性和成效性。从系统论的方法论出发思考学生工作，就是要树立全面发展的理念，设立三位一体教育模式加强“底线教育”；在各项工作中渗透“底线教育”理念；同时运用多种载体开展相关教育。
