高职旅游管理专业教学已经成功实现跨越式发展，但是仍然存在师资力量不足，校内实训设备简陋，校企合作模式不完善，课程设置不合理等很多问题，文章以铜陵职业技术学院旅游管理专业为例，就其在发展中存在的问题进行探究，并提出相应的改进方案。

The teaching of tourism management specialty in high-er vocational education has successfully achieved leapfrog devel-opment, but there are still many problems, such as lack of teach-ers, simple and crude on-campus training equipment, imperfect college-enterprise cooperation mode, and improper curriculum arrangement. Taking Tourism Management Specialty of Tongling Polytechnic as an example, this paper explores the problems ex-isting in the development, and puts forward corresponding im-provement scheme.
