由于受飞机机身摆动和空中风速影响,航空吊放液压绞车在近机状态下(吊放物距离绞车5 m~10 m)经常发生由于吊放的物体摆动幅度过大,导致损伤吊放的物体和绞车本身。该控制方法针对某一型号液压绞车,提出一种利用角度传感器检测到的电缆缆位角的信息作参考值,根据钟摆原理,通过控制吊放电缆提升的时机、调整吊放电缆提升速度,在近机状态下绞车收放由程序自动控制的方法,从而解决被吊放物体摆动幅度过大的问题。采用该方法可以保护电缆和绞车的安全,便于声呐员操作,给出硬件设计和软件设计的思想和方法。

Because of the influence of the mobile and wind speed, hydraulic winch hoist goods often encounter the problem that the amplitude of swing is too big.When hydraulic winch of Airborne dipping in the near machine state (the distance is 5 m~10 m),it is easy to damage the hanging objects and winch.Therefore.For one type of hydraulic winch,a method is proposed to achieve this goal,that angular transducer detected the angle sensor of the hoist cable’s angle information as reference value of the controller.According to the principle of pendulum,by controlling the lifting cable promotion opportunities,adjust the lifting cable hoisting speed is adjusted.When the hoisting at the state of near machine,it will be controlled by the program.Thereby the problem which the suspended object swings are too much can be solved.This method can be used to protect the cable and winch's safety,and is easy to operation via the sonar officer.And the paper gives the hardware design and software design ideas and methods.
