建立了同时测定卷烟主流烟气总粒相物中甲酸、乙酸和癸酸等14种挥发性有机酸的振荡萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)方法.捕集了卷烟主流烟气总粒相物的剑桥滤片经添加乙酸苯乙酯内标后,用甲醇振荡萃取,在选择离子监测模式下进行GC/MS分析.结果表明:方法的检出限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为0.08~3.00和0.26~10.00μg/支,加标回收率为97.5%~110.8%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~8.5%.该方法适用于卷烟主流烟气总粒相物中甲酸、乙酸和癸酸等14种挥发性有机酸的测定.

A method combining shaking extraction with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was developed for simultaneously determining fourteen volatile organic acids (including formic acid, acetic acid, decanoic acid, etc) in total particulate matters (TPMs) in mainstream cigarette smoke. By using phenethyl acetate as an internal standard (IS), the TPMs captured by Cambridge filter pads were extracted by shaking extraction with methanol and analyzed by GC/MS under selected ions monitoring mode. The results showed that the limits of detection and limits of quantification for the fourteen organic acids were 0.08-3.00 and 0.26-10.00 μg/cig, respectively. The recoveries were 97.5%-110.8% and the relative standard deviations ranged from 1.2% to 8.5%. This method is suitable for determining the fourteen volatile organic acids in TPM in mainstream cigarette smoke.
