在活性染料染棉织物中加入甜菜碱,通过分析K/S值,考察甜菜碱的加入对染色工艺的影响,优化甜菜碱棉织物染色工艺.结果表明:高温型活性红染料H-E3G用量2%(omf)、碳酸钠20 g/L、染色温度75℃、固色时间40 min、氯化钠10 g/L、甜菜碱1.6 g/L、浴比1:20的条件下,棉织物染色可最大化减少盐的使用量且K/S值较高,此时与同条件下未添加甜菜碱相比,K/S值可提高43%左右.与传统染色工艺(氯化钠用量30~100 g/L)相比,采用甜菜碱工艺,可大幅度减少中性盐用量,降低污染.

Cotton fabric was dyed with reactive dyes and betaine. The effect of betaine on dyeing pro?cess was investigated and the optimal dyeing process was obtained through the analysis of the K/S value. The experiment results showed that the optimal process was as fol ows: high temperature type dye Reactive Red H-E3G 2%(omf), Na2CO3 20 g/L, dyeing temperature 75 ℃, fixation time 40 min, sodium chloride 10 g/L, beta?ine 1.6 g/L, bath ratio 1:20. The dyeing process could decrease the salt dosage and increase the K/S value. Compared with the dyeing process of the same conditions without betaine, betaine dyeing process could im?prove K/S value by 43% or so. However, 30~100 g/L salt was usual y used in the traditional process. The salt dosage and the pol ution were reduced substantial y by the betaine dyeing process.
