以V(氯仿):V(甲醇)=25:1的混合溶剂作为柱层析的洗脱剂,硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯经硅胶柱层析分离得到了3个馏分.利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)、红外光谱(IR)及质谱(MS)对其进行了定性分析,结果表明,3个馏分分别是硬脂酸三乙醇胺三酯、硬脂酸三乙醇胺双酯和硬脂酸三乙醇胺单酯.利用3个高纯组分作出了对应的标准曲线,结合HPLC和柱色谱分离的结果表明:采用HPLC对硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯进行定量分析是一种方便、快捷和准确的方法.

With the mixture of V(chloroform):V(methanol)=25:1 as eluent, three fractions of stearic acid triethanolamine ester were obtained by silica gel column chromatography separation, and analyzed qualitatively by high efficiency liquid chromatography (HPLC), infra-red spectrum (IR) and mass spectra (MS). The results in?dicated that the three fractions were triesteramine, diesteramine and monoesteramine respectively. With the corresponding standard curve of the three high purity components of triesteramine, diesteramine and monoes?teramine, combined with the results of HPLC and column chromatography separation, the HPLC was a conve?nient, quick and exact method for quantitative analysis of triethanolamine esters of stearic acid.
