以含有不同取代基的水杨醛为原料，与乙醇胺反应制得相应的西佛碱中间体，经硼氢化钠还原合成N，O多齿配体L1~L3．配体结构通过1H核磁共振波谱（1H NMR）、红外吸收光谱（IR）和紫外-可见吸收光谱（UV-VIS）进行了表征．结果表明，当配体含有取代基时，其紫外-可见吸收光谱的吸收峰位置发生红移，且吸收强度有所增强．

Schiff base was synthesized by the reaction of substituted salicylaldehyde with 2-aminoethanol,and the reduction of Schiff base by sodium borohydride gave N,O multidentate ligands L1~L3.The structures of ligands were characterized by1H NMR,IR and UV-VIS.The results show that different substituted groups of ligands caused red shift with the maximal wavelength and increased intensity of absorption.
