本文选取SPS措施对中国农产品出口贸易的影响作为研究对象，介绍了SPS措施的内涵及国内外文献现有研究成果，并结合现有资料与数据，对中国农产品出口贸易现状进行一般性经验分析。选择引力模型测度不同因素尤其是SPS措施在影响中国农产品出口中的地位与作用，分析我国农产品遭遇SPS措施的主要原因，并提出相应的应对策略。

This paper selects the influence of Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) measures on China's export agricultural products as the research subject. Firstly, it introduces the connotation of the SPS measures and the existing research achievements, and expounds the major innovation of this paper. Secondly, combined with the existing data, this paper analyses the present situation of China's agricultural products export trade by the means of general empirical analysis, and then, different effects of different factors on China's agricultural products export trade have been measured by the gravity model, especially the SPS measures which plays a dominant role. Finally, the main causes of China's agricultural products encountering SPS measures have been discovered, and suggestions and solutions have been put forward.
