采用问卷调查法对徐州市三所高职院校461名学生进行实证研究,考察高职学生专业承诺、学习投入之间的关系,研究结果表明:高职学生专业承诺与学习投入整体上处于中等偏下水平,专业承诺水平较高则学习投入得分也较高,对此提出四点改善高职学生学习投入的建议.

This paper used the questionnaire to survey 461 college students and explored the relationship between professional commitment and learning engagement. The results show that college students' professional commitment and learning engagement are in the middle level,and the higher the professional commitment scores, the higher the learning engagement scores. Thus put forward four pieces of advice to improve learning engagement.
