Flipped classroom has become a new teaching model used in education. To the problems of Traditional classroom teaching in mechanics, the paper constructs a flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-mechanics class form and carries on the evaluation of teaching effect from the concept of knowledge, knowledge application, mechanical testing module etc.
