抗生素的滥用导致世界范围内细菌耐药性的出现和流行。许多临床上本来起作用的抗生素失效,这为细菌感染性疾病的治疗带来了巨大困难。近年来研究发现,细菌细胞分裂蛋白细丝温度敏感蛋白 Z(FtsZ)在细胞分裂中发挥着重要的作用,它被认为是一个非常有潜力的抗菌药物靶点。已经发现,一些抗菌天然产物作用于该靶点。本文主要阐述 FtsZ 蛋白的结构和功能,以及一些以细丝温度敏感蛋白 Z 蛋白为靶点的抗菌天然产物的研究进展,以期为研发新型抗菌药物提供基础。
抗生素的濫用導緻世界範圍內細菌耐藥性的齣現和流行。許多臨床上本來起作用的抗生素失效,這為細菌感染性疾病的治療帶來瞭巨大睏難。近年來研究髮現,細菌細胞分裂蛋白細絲溫度敏感蛋白 Z(FtsZ)在細胞分裂中髮揮著重要的作用,它被認為是一箇非常有潛力的抗菌藥物靶點。已經髮現,一些抗菌天然產物作用于該靶點。本文主要闡述 FtsZ 蛋白的結構和功能,以及一些以細絲溫度敏感蛋白 Z 蛋白為靶點的抗菌天然產物的研究進展,以期為研髮新型抗菌藥物提供基礎。

The misuse of antibiotics has resulted in the emergence and prevalence of bacterial resistance around the world. Many originally powerful antibiotics in the clinic have shown either weak or no activity against resistant strains,which contributes to enormous difficulties in fighting bacterial infections. In recent years,the study has found that filamentous tem-perature - sensitive protein Z(FtsZ)plays an important role in bacterial cell division,so FtsZ protein is considered as a very potential target for antibacterial agents. Some antimicrobial natural products have been found to act on the target. In this paper,the structure and function of FtsZ protein and the antimicrobial natural products were introduced so as to provide the basis for the research and development of new antibacterial drugs.
