Fuliangyou 366, a two-line hybrid rice combination, was developed from the cross of a two-line male sterile SE21S and the restorer line R366. Fuliangyou 366 was introduced and planted as post-tobacco rice in Qingliu county of Fujian province, which showed extensive adaptability, high and stable yield. In this paper, we introduced planting performance and high-yielding cultivation techniques of Fuliangyou 366.
