我国高校体育教育专业课程设置可分为“学科”和“术科”两大类,其主导学习理论分别是建构主义学习理论和行为主义学习理论。“学科”和“术科”争论的最主要原因,正是由于“学科”和“术科”的主导学习理论不同而造成的理论撕裂。因此,需要梳理这两种学习理论的基本理论范式,评析它们的优缺点。研究发现:建构主义学习理论和行为主义学习理论在体育教学中有各自的贡献和应用,也有各自的局限性。这两种理论不能互相取代,却有相互融合的趋势,具身认知理论正是这种趋势的体现,这也可能是解决“学科”和“术科”争论的方向。

The curricula of the Physical Education of the universities can be divided into two cate-gories such as “theoretical disciplines”and“technical disciplines”,in which the dominant learning the-ories are constructivism and behaviorism respectively.The main reason of debating between “theoreti-cal disciplines”and “technical disciplines”is that the different dominant theories cause the separation of the learning theories.Therefore,you need to sort out these two basic theoretical paradigm of learn-ing theory,and analyze their advantages and disadvantages.The study found that the constructivism learning theory and the behaviorism learning theory not only have their own contributions and applica-tions,but also have their own limitations in physical education.These two theories have the trend of being integrated,but cannot replace each other.The cognition theory embodied here is a manifestation of this trend,which may be the directions to solve the debate of “theoretical disciplines”and “techni-cal disciplines”.
