通过采用对氨基苯甲酸与盐酸发生重氮化反应得到重氮盐,然后用苯酚与重氮盐反应得到偶氮化产物。用无水乙醇做溶剂,氢氧化钾与碘化钾做催化剂,偶氮化产物分别与溴代戊烷和溴代辛烷发生反应。得到的中间体分别与间苯二酚反应。最终得到以苯环为中心核,酯基为连接基烷氧基为端基链的香蕉型液晶化合物。通过红外光谱、核磁共振以及热台偏光显微镜对合成的五种化合物的结构及液晶性进行了表征,结果发现化合物1、5没有液晶性,化合物2、3、4均具有液晶性,并对可能造成这种结果的原因进行了分析。

통과채용대안기분갑산여염산발생중담화반응득도중담염,연후용분분여중담염반응득도우담화산물。용무수을순주용제,경양화갑여전화갑주최화제,우담화산물분별여추대무완화추대신완발생반응。득도적중간체분별여간분이분반응。최종득도이분배위중심핵,지기위련접기완양기위단기련적향초형액정화합물。통과홍외광보、핵자공진이급열태편광현미경대합성적오충화합물적결구급액정성진행료표정,결과발현화합물1、5몰유액정성,화합물2、3、4균구유액정성,병대가능조성저충결과적원인진행료분석。
Gain diazonium salt through the reactions of para-aminobenzoic acid and hydrochloric acid and get azo-based product through the reactions of diazonium salt and phenol .Then taking anhydrous ethanol as solvent ,potassium hydroxide and potassium iodide as catalyst ,get intermediates through the reactions of azo-based products with bromo-pentane and with octane bromide .Finally obtain banana-shaped liquid crystal compounds through the reactions of the above mentioned intermediates and the resorcinol .The ba-nana-shaped liquid crystal compounds has the benzene ring as the central nucleus and ester -based base to connect end-alkoxy chain.By infrared spectroscopy ,nuclear magnetic resonance ( NMR) and hot stage polarized microscopy of the five kinds of synthetic compounds the structure and the liquid crystal have been characterized .it is found that compounds 1,5 no LCD,compounds 2,3,4 have LCD,and analyzed the cause of this result .
