以矮牵牛为试验材料,用不同浓度的乙烯利(150 mg/kg、200 mg/kg和250 mg/kg)分别处理不同花期(无花蕾期、花蕾期、盛花期、末花期)的矮牵牛,并测定叶片中可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、MDA 含量及叶绿素含量等生理指标。结果表明:乙烯利处理使矮牵牛叶片中可溶性糖和叶绿素含量在整个花期逐渐下降,MDA含量持续上升;而可溶性蛋白含量先升后降,且在花蕾期达到最大值。3种处理浓度中,以200 mg/kg的乙烯利处理对矮牵牛花期几种生理指标的影响效果最佳。另外,200 mg/kg 和250 mg/kg 的乙烯利处理分别使矮牵牛花期提前4d和2d。

이왜견우위시험재료,용불동농도적을희리(150 mg/kg、200 mg/kg화250 mg/kg)분별처리불동화기(무화뢰기、화뢰기、성화기、말화기)적왜견우,병측정협편중가용성당함량、가용성단백함량、MDA 함량급협록소함량등생리지표。결과표명:을희리처리사왜견우협편중가용성당화협록소함량재정개화기축점하강,MDA함량지속상승;이가용성단백함량선승후강,차재화뢰기체도최대치。3충처리농도중,이200 mg/kg적을희리처리대왜견우화기궤충생리지표적영향효과최가。령외,200 mg/kg 화250 mg/kg 적을희리처리분별사왜견우화기제전4d화2d。
With petunias as experimental materials , using three different concentration ethephon (150mg/kg, 200mg/kg and 250mg/kg) treatment leaves of petunias plants during flowering phase (no bud, bud, full bloom, flowering ) and measurement soluble sugar , soluble protein, malondialdehyde (MDA), and chlorophyll content in petunias leaves .These results show that both the soluble sugar and the chlorophyll content are gradually decreased in petunias leaves during the whole flowering stages , and the MDA con-tent is continuously increased in petunias leaves from no bud and flowering phase .However , the soluble protein content is increased at first and then decreased in petunias leaves .Among three kinds of ethephon treatment concentration , with the 200mg/kg of ethephon treatment effect is optimal .Moreover, the time of flowering of petunias is ahead of four days and two days with 200 mg/kg and 250 mg/kg of ethephon treatment , respectively .
