采用水热晶化法,以三乙烯四胺( TETA )为模板剂、硫酸铜为铜源,合成出了新型分子筛,命名为CuSAPO-102;系统考察了各种合成条件对 CuSAPO-102分子筛合成的影响,给出了可以合成出高结晶度和高产率 CuSAPO-102分子筛的晶化条件。采用 XRD、SEM、DTA-TG 和物理吸附等方法研究了产物的物化性能。结果表明,所合成的CuSAPO-102属新型分子筛,粒径约为50.0μm,具有较高的纯度和良好的结晶状态,骨架倒塌温度为700℃,孔径为4.721?,属微孔分子筛。

Taking hydrothermal crystallization as its method ,trithylene tetramine ( TETA) as the template agent ,and cupric sulphate as copper source ,this study synthesizes a new kind of molecular sieve — Cu-SAPO-102 .It observes the effects of all elements on the synthesis and puts forwards the optimized crystal-lization conditions for CuSAPO-102 with high crystallinity and good yield .Then it probes into the physi-cochemical properties of products by means of XRD ,SEM,DTA-TG and physical adsorption .The results show that the synthetic products belong to a new molecular sieve with good purity and favorable crystal -lized state;the mean grain size is about 50 .0μm;the framework collapses at about 700℃;it is a micro-porous molecular sieve with median pore width of 4 .721 ?.
