Based on the study of the domestic and international e-commerce development, In order to solve the conflict of the grow?ing need for life and not perfect infrastructure between teachers and students in Inner Mongolia,The paper analyzes the develop?ment status of the campus e-commerce and puts forward the new model, strategy and solution of building campus electronic com?merce system (B2C).
