为揭示不同种源山苍子果实精油及其柠檬醛含量的变异规律，开展了不同种源山苍子果实精油及其精油柠檬醛含量的测定分析研究，结果表明：不同种源山苍子果实精油含量和其精油中柠檬醛含量均存在较大差异，周宁种源果实精油含量和精油中柠檬醛含量分别达到4.83%和76.9%，建阳种源仅为3.16%和68.2%。聚类分析结果显示，可以将16个种源较为明显地分为3类，将乐、武夷山、周宁与尤溪4个种源为第一类，其山苍子果实精油含量和精油中柠檬醛含量均较高。灰色关联度分析结果显示，山苍子果实精油含量和精油中柠檬醛含量均与海拔高度相关性最大，分别为0.7668和0.7676；其次是无霜期和经纬度；与年降水量和年平均气温相关性较小。

In order to reveal the variation regulations of fruit essential oil and content of citral for Litsea cubeba with different provenances,fruit essential oil and content of citral of Litsea cubeba with different provenances were deter-mined.Result shows that the essential oil rate and the content of citral varied in different provenance of Litsea cube-ba .Content of essential oil and content of citral reach 4.83% & 76.9% in Zhouning County ,and content of essen-tial oil and content of citral reach 3.1 6% & 68.2% in Jianyang County.Cluster analysis result shows that 1 6 prove-nance can be divided into 3 categories,Jiangle County,Zhouning County ,Youxi County & Wuyi Mountain are first class;the content of essential oil rate & citral rate are higher.Grey relation analysis result shows that the content of fruit essential oil & citral have highest correlation with altitude,being 0.766 8 & 0.767 6,followed by the length of frost-free period and longitude and latitude;the content of fruit essential oil & citral have little correlation with the annual precipitation and annual mean temperature.
