女大学生村官作为大学生村官群体的“半边天”，她们的成长和服务农村社会的问题得到了社会各界的高度关注。当前，学术界采用政治学、经济学、社会学和心理学等学科方法，通过实证调研和理论研究的途径，从村务管理工作成就、工作中遭遇的困难和工作水平、待遇提高三方面对女大学生村官参与村务管理问题进行了深入的研究，取得了可喜的成就。但在研究角度、研究内容和研究地域上仍然存在不足，日后应该从这些方面深入推进理论创新、政策创新、机制创新，更好地引导更多的女大学生投身基层、扎根农村。

As “the half sky”of the village managers undertaken by the university students,the fe-male students have got much attention from all walks of life in their growth and service to the rural society.Recently,the academic circle has made profound research on their participation into village af-fair management and got very rich achievement in the three aspects:village affair management,diffi-culties encountered in the work,and their work capability and welfare improvement,by applying such learning methods as politics,economics,sociology and psychology by means of empirical investigation and theoretical research.But there still exist some shortcomings in research perspectives,contents and regions.The future researches shall focus on these aspects to deeply push on theoretical innovation, policy innovation,and institutional innovation,so as to better guide more female university students to devote themselves to the grass-root units and serve the countryside.
