This study summarized the early rice production problems in Yongchun country, which contained weak seedling quality, unreasonable structure of groups, fertilizer application and water management, disease prevention and control of insects. To improve the level of early rice production, this research put forward by cultivating seedlings, reasonable density, scientific fertilization, controlling insect pests and reasonable water pipe, comprehensive prevention and control countermeasures.
