随着可持续发展概念的深入人心,作为解决能源和环境问题的既有建筑节能改造措施越来越受到重视。将影响既有建筑节能改造发展的因素作为研究对象,采用解释结构模型的方法分析研究各个影响因素之间的层级关系,进而构建整个影响因素体系的解释结构模型,并根据此模型提出推动既有建筑节能改造的相关对策。

With the popularity of sustainable development, energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings as a measure to solve the energy and environmental issues is concerned more and more. Eleven influencing factors of energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings are analyzed, so as to the hierarchi-cal relationship between the factors using ISM, and the model of the influencing factors is built to summa-rize some suggestions to promote energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings.
