目的：系统评价IL－27 p28基因多态性与中国人群自身免疫性疾病的相关性。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、Pubmed、SpringerLink和Scinece Direct综合数据库收集IL－27p28基因多态性与自身免疫性疾病相关的文献。采用Stata 12．0软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入5个病例研究，共计955例自身免疫病患者。根据IL－27p28基因多态位点的不同进行亚组分析发现，IL－27－964 A／G （rs153109）和2905T／G （rs17855750）可能与自身免疫性疾病的发生具有相关性（GA versus AA：OR＝1．38，95％CI＝1．14－1．68；GG versus GA＋AA：OR＝1．40，95％CI ＝1．16－1．68，G versus T：OR＝1．22，95％CI＝1．01－1．48）；而IL－27基因多态性位点rs181206无统计学意义。结论 IL－27p28基因多态性位点rs153109和rs17855750可能与自身免疫性疾病易感性有关，rs181206与自身免疫性疾病发病无相关性。由于本系统纳入评价的文献数量数量和样本量较少，因此尚需更多的试验研究来验证本研究的结论。

Objective To evaIuate the reIationship between IL-27 poIymorphism and autoim-mune diseases (ADs) in Chinese popuIation.Methods CNKI,Wangfan,VIP,Pubmed,Springer-Link and Scinece Direct database were searched for aII pubIications concerning IL-27 poIymor-phism and Autoimmune Diseases.StatisticaI anaIysis was performed by using Stata 12.0 soft-ware.Results Five cIinicaI case-controI studies with a totaI of 955 AD patients were identified. Our finding show ed that IL-27 rs17855750 poIymorphism was significantIy associated with ADs ( GA versus AA:OR=1.38,95%CI=1.14-1.68;GG versus GA+AA:OR=1.40,95%CI=1.16-1.68, G versus T:OR=1.22,95%CI=1.01-1.48).However,there were no associations between IL-27 rs181206 poIymorphisms and ADs.Conclusion Gene poIymorphism of IL-27 rs17855750 and IL-27 rs153109 might enhance the risk of ADs.However,the resuIts of this Meta-anaIysis may be infIuenced by the Iack of sampIes incIuded.We expected more high quaIity studies to confirm the resuIts of our meta-anaIysis.
