夏热冬暖地区的气候特点是夏季漫长且高湿高热,冬季短暂温暖。夏热冬暖地区建筑主要能耗为夏季空调制冷,对其围护结构进行节能改造是本地区既有建筑节能改造的重要环节之一。根据夏热冬暖地区气候特点,结合相关建筑节能改造实例,提出针对本气候区域的既有建筑的外墙、外窗、屋面的节能改造相应的技术措施,包括增加保温层、采用隔热涂料、立体绿化等,并分析了各类技术的相应优缺点。同时,对一些改造实例的效果进行分析,提出适宜夏热冬暖地区既有建筑围护结构节能改造思路。

Climate of hot summer and warm winter zone is characterized by long, hot and humid summer, short and warm winter. The main energy consumption of building in this zone is caused by air conditioning system in summer. The energy efficiency retrofitting of the existing building envelope plays an important role. The appropriate energy efficiency retrofitting measures for the external wall, external win-dows and roofs of the existing buildings in this zone, including the increasing of insulation layer, thermal insulation coatings and three-dimensional greening, were proposed in combination with related actual building retrofitting cases. The advantages and disadvantages of these measures as well as the effects of some actual retrofitting cases were then analyzed, and the suitable energy efficiency retrofitting technical roadmaps for existing building envelopes in this zone were proposed.
