在城镇化过程中，城中村“出嫁女”权益保障问题日趋凸显，主要集中在政治权利及土地经济效益方面，究其原因是女性性别角色、父权核心、土地资源有限性所致。要解决这些问题，应强化“出嫁女”的人格意识；形成处理“出嫁女”权益争议机制；发挥村委会管理职责；发挥政府政策影响者的作用。
在城鎮化過程中，城中村“齣嫁女”權益保障問題日趨凸顯，主要集中在政治權利及土地經濟效益方麵，究其原因是女性性彆角色、父權覈心、土地資源有限性所緻。要解決這些問題，應彊化“齣嫁女”的人格意識；形成處理“齣嫁女”權益爭議機製；髮揮村委會管理職責；髮揮政府政策影響者的作用。
재성진화과정중，성중촌“출가녀”권익보장문제일추철현，주요집중재정치권리급토지경제효익방면，구기원인시녀성성별각색、부권핵심、토지자원유한성소치。요해결저사문제，응강화“출가녀”적인격의식；형성처리“출가녀”권익쟁의궤제；발휘촌위회관리직책；발휘정부정책영향자적작용。
In the process of urbanization,“married-out women”from urban-villages are facing the increasingly prominent problem of rights protection,which is mainly concerned with political rights and economic profit of land utilization.The causes of this problem include women’s gender roles,pa-triarchy and the limited land resources.In order to solve these issues,this paper proposes the follow-ing suggestions:strengthening married-out women’s personalities;forming a dispute settlement sys-tem specialized for married-out women;practicing village committee’s management responsibilities;playing the influential role of the government.
