文章的目的是判定核心力量训练对体育教育专业学生篮球项目中跳跃能力的影响效果。以10名大学体育教育专业篮球专项学生为研究对象,采用核心力量训练手段进行7周、每周3次训练。所有的学生都具有至少八年的篮球训练和比赛经验,测出在训练前后其反弹下落跳和跳投的跳跃高度及脚与地面的接触时间,进而得出以下结论:(1)核心力量训练能够显著地提高反弹垂直下落跳和跳投的跳跃高度;(2)核心力量训练能够显著缩短脚与地面的接触时间。这些结果表明核心力量训练可以有效提高参训人员的跳跃能力。

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of core training on jump ability in physical education college students. Ten male physical education college students of basketball special are choosen to practice the core training three sessions per week for seven weeks. All players have had continued regular training and competition in basketball over eight years. Height and contact time of the rebound drop jump and the jump shot are tested for each player. Core training significantly enhance jumping height of drop jump and jump shot. Moreover, these training methods significantly shorten contact time of drop jump and jump shot. These results suggest that the ability of jump, by using the core training, are effective training methods for improving jump ability in competitive basketball players.
