The paper through experiments and studying in the teaching process of tennis in universities, finds the teaching method of helping and leading is beneficial to the skill improvement of the tennis, to the female student is more significant than others. At the same time, this teaching model will enhance the communication between the classmate, increase students' interest in learning, improve the learning efficiency of students;train the collective consciousness of unity and cooperation and companionate consciousness of mutual help, improve students' ability to analyze problems and solve problems.
