当前软件人才培养工作突出问题是“人才不适用”，为了培养出“实践能力强，综合素质高，实用，适用”的企业所需软件人才，在分析了软件工程专业校外、校内、自主等实习模式的优缺点后，提出了“校内+校外”二段式专业实习模式，以期达到实习预期目标，缓解“软件人才供需脱节”现象。
噹前軟件人纔培養工作突齣問題是“人纔不適用”，為瞭培養齣“實踐能力彊，綜閤素質高，實用，適用”的企業所需軟件人纔，在分析瞭軟件工程專業校外、校內、自主等實習模式的優缺點後，提齣瞭“校內+校外”二段式專業實習模式，以期達到實習預期目標，緩解“軟件人纔供需脫節”現象。
당전연건인재배양공작돌출문제시“인재불괄용”，위료배양출“실천능력강，종합소질고，실용，괄용”적기업소수연건인재，재분석료연건공정전업교외、교내、자주등실습모식적우결점후，제출료“교내+교외”이단식전업실습모식，이기체도실습예기목표，완해“연건인재공수탈절”현상。
The outstanding problem of the current software personnel training is "the talent is not applicable".To train the software talents required by enterprises who have strong practical ability,high comprehensive quality,this paper proposes a"Two stages"mode of professional practice combining school practice and enterprise practice after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the mode of school practice,enterprise practice and autonomous practice.The new mode is expected to accomplish the intended practical target and ease the gap of supply and demand of software talent.
