非物质文化遗产，主要是以民间文化为主的民族文化遗产。“第三资料库”是民间文化的“非遗”宝库。我国保护“非遗”工作成绩很大，但在实践中，对“非遗”的许多根本问题尚有不少模糊的认识，有的不同看法需要讨论研究，而不正之风的干扰和造成的不良影响，更是需要解决的迫切问题。
非物質文化遺產，主要是以民間文化為主的民族文化遺產。“第三資料庫”是民間文化的“非遺”寶庫。我國保護“非遺”工作成績很大，但在實踐中，對“非遺”的許多根本問題尚有不少模糊的認識，有的不同看法需要討論研究，而不正之風的榦擾和造成的不良影響，更是需要解決的迫切問題。
비물질문화유산，주요시이민간문화위주적민족문화유산。“제삼자료고”시민간문화적“비유”보고。아국보호“비유”공작성적흔대，단재실천중，대“비유”적허다근본문제상유불소모호적인식，유적불동간법수요토론연구，이불정지풍적간우화조성적불량영향，경시수요해결적박절문제。
Intangible cultural heritage is mainly about national cultural heritage and specially focu-ses on folk culture.The Third Database is the treasure-house of folk cultural heritage.Our country has made great achievements on the preservation of intangible cultural heritage,however,there is al-so a fuzzy understanding on many essential matters of intangible cultural heritage.Thus,this paper proposes that it is urgent and necessary to discuss different views related to these essential matters and cope with the interference and harmful effect caused by the unhealthy tendencies.
