中国社会发展已经进入新常态，相应地新心态随之也建立。但是新常态和新心态作为当下向度社会发展的态势，其本身所蕴含的核心认同是中华民族文化和理念的本质相一致的。本文尝试从历史视域、内涵构建、认同底线等维度探讨新常态和新心态的建构和当下意蕴。
中國社會髮展已經進入新常態，相應地新心態隨之也建立。但是新常態和新心態作為噹下嚮度社會髮展的態勢，其本身所蘊含的覈心認同是中華民族文化和理唸的本質相一緻的。本文嘗試從歷史視域、內涵構建、認同底線等維度探討新常態和新心態的建構和噹下意蘊。
중국사회발전이경진입신상태，상응지신심태수지야건립。단시신상태화신심태작위당하향도사회발전적태세，기본신소온함적핵심인동시중화민족문화화이념적본질상일치적。본문상시종역사시역、내함구건、인동저선등유도탐토신상태화신심태적건구화당하의온。
China’s social development has entered the new normal state,and the new mentality has also been established accordingly.But as the direction of social development,the new normal and new mentality’s core identification is consistent with the essence of Chinese national culture and con-cept.This paper tries to explore the construction and connotation of the new normal state and new mentality from the perspective of history,connotation construction and bottom-line of identification.
