目的 考察硝苯地平缓释微球的制备工艺及其体外释放度.方法 以邻苯二甲酸羟丙甲纤维素酯(HP55)为载体材料,采用球晶造粒技术制备硝苯地平缓释微球.考察硝苯地平微球的粒径、形态、载药量、包封率及体外释放度.结果 所得微球外观圆整度好,粒径分布在70~150μm,载药量为18.91%,包封率为94.95%.结论 该法可用于硝苯地平缓释微球的制备.
目的 攷察硝苯地平緩釋微毬的製備工藝及其體外釋放度.方法 以鄰苯二甲痠羥丙甲纖維素酯(HP55)為載體材料,採用毬晶造粒技術製備硝苯地平緩釋微毬.攷察硝苯地平微毬的粒徑、形態、載藥量、包封率及體外釋放度.結果 所得微毬外觀圓整度好,粒徑分佈在70~150μm,載藥量為18.91%,包封率為94.95%.結論 該法可用于硝苯地平緩釋微毬的製備.
목적 고찰초분지평완석미구적제비공예급기체외석방도.방법 이린분이갑산간병갑섬유소지(HP55)위재체재료,채용구정조립기술제비초분지평완석미구.고찰초분지평미구적립경、형태、재약량、포봉솔급체외석방도.결과 소득미구외관원정도호,립경분포재70~150μm,재약량위18.91%,포봉솔위94.95%.결론 해법가용우초분지평완석미구적제비.
Objective To investigate the preparation and releasing rate of nifedipine sustained-release micro-spheres. Methods HP55 was used as the carrier material, and the nifedipine sustained-release microspheres were prepared by Spherulite granulation. The particle size, morphology, drug loading, encapsulation efficiency and releasing rate in vitro were investigated. Results The microspheres were spherical in appearance. The particle size, drug load-ing and encapsulation efficiency of the microspheres was 70~150 μm, 18.91%, and 94.95%, respectively. Conclusion Spherulite granulation is suitable for preparing nifedipine sustained-release microspheres.
