通过对空调冷冻水系统设计中冷冻水泵电机过载问题的分析,阐述了水泵电机过载问题的危害。结合实际的工程实例,以影响水泵实际工况点的2个因素(管网特性曲线和水泵性能曲线)作为理论依据,提出了校核水泵电机过载的计算方法,得出当并联运行的冷冻水泵台数减少时,冷冻水泵的实际水流量呈现逐渐增加的趋势,导致实际运行的冷冻水泵电机功率越来越大,甚至超过冷冻水泵额定电机功率,引起水泵电机过载而烧毁。针对水泵电机过载的原因,指出在设计选型时需要注意的问题。

Through analyzing the problem of chilled water pump motor overload in designing HVAC system, the paper elaborated hazards of pump motor overload. Combining with practical examples, based on two factors (pipe network characteristic curve and pump performance curve) of actual operating point of pump, the calculation method for checking the pump motor overload is proposed, when chilled water pumps operating in parallel reduced, the actual water flow of chilled water pumps showed a gradual increasing trend, that leads to the chilled water pump motor power growing, even more than the rated motor power. Based on the reason for the pump motor overload, problems that need attention in designing HVAC system are noted.
