以基于热平衡设计校核的太阳能系统热性能分析为目的,将珠海兴业绿色建筑科技有限公司研制的高性能平板集热器应用于公司总部楼顶,以太阳能集热小系统为测试对象,进行数据采集,并根据实验结果进行性能分析,工况点终止温度的计算值与实验值平均偏差率为2.77%。在允许的工程误差范围内,可以作为太阳能建筑一体化热水系统及大型太阳能集中供热系统的指导算法,从而达到简化热性能分析的目的。

The heat balance calculation of design and verification was used to analyze the thermal performance in solar systems. In our experiment, high performance flat solar thermal collectors (made by Zhuhai Sinyes Green Buiteling Technology CO., Ltd.) were installed on the rooftop of our factory building. The experimental results were compared with the calculated values based on heat balance calculation of design and verification method. The average standard deviation of the operating point temperatures between the calculated and experimental results was 2.77%, which is within the acceptable range of engineering error. Hence, the calculation method can be used as a theoretical algorithm guidance for building integrated solar hot water systems and large central solar heating supply systems to simplify the analysis of system thermal performance.
