[目的]探讨“三位一体”内科护理实践教学体系的构建及应用效果。[方法]在内科护理实践教学中,编写实践教材,制定教学大纲,改进考核内容、标准及方法,对教师进行教学理念及方法培训,将280名2010级护生随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统教育模式,观察组运用“三位一体”内科护理实践教学体系,教学过程结束后,比较两组护生《内科护理学》学习成绩、关怀能力得分,采用自行设计的3份调查问卷(护生自评、教师同行评价、用人单位反馈)进行综合评价。[结果]两组护理本科生《内科护理学》学习成绩、关怀能力各维度得分及护生自评、教师同行评价、用人单位反馈方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。[结论]“三位一体”内科护理实践教学体系的应用有助于优化教学资源,提升护理核心胜任力。

Objective:To probe into the construction and application of “trinity”internal medicine nursing practi-cal teaching system.Methods:In internal medicine nursing practical teaching system,to compile the practical teaching material,make the teaching program,improve the content,standard and methods of examination of and train teachers about the teaching ideas and methods.A total of 280 nursing students from grade 2010 were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in control group received the traditional education model,while the patients in observation group received the “trinity”internal medicine nursing practi-cal teaching system,then to compare the students’learning performance in “internal medicine nursing”and ca-ring ability scores between both groups.After the teaching,the comprehensive evaluation was carried out by u-sing 3 self designed questionnaires(self evaluation of nursing students,teacher peer evaluation,employing unit feedback).Results:There were all statistically significant differences in nursing undergraduates’learning per-formance of “internal medicine nursing”,dimensions scores of caring ability and self evaluation of nursing students,teacher peer evaluation and employing unit feedback between both groups (P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of “trinity”internal medicine nursing practical teaching system is helpful to optimize the teaching re-sources and improve the nursing core competence.
