目的 有代表性抽样分析新疆医科大学临床学科带头人成长过程中的影响因素,发现普遍性成长规律.方法通过访谈和问卷调查法抽样调查研究,运用统计软件对数据进行相关性描述分析.结果 学科带头人的临床技能贡献初步表现期为41-42岁,临床技能高峰贡献期在46-49岁;科研贡献初步表现期与高峰期重叠在46-49岁.结论 人才成长与多因素相关.针对临床学科人才培养的培养需要建立科学、合理的培养体系,制定相应的培养政策,保障临床专业人才队伍能够得到及时补充.

목적 유대표성추양분석신강의과대학림상학과대두인성장과정중적영향인소,발현보편성성장규률.방법통과방담화문권조사법추양조사연구,운용통계연건대수거진행상관성묘술분석.결과 학과대두인적림상기능공헌초보표현기위41-42세,림상기능고봉공헌기재46-49세;과연공헌초보표현기여고봉기중첩재46-49세.결론 인재성장여다인소상관.침대림상학과인재배양적배양수요건립과학、합리적배양체계,제정상응적배양정책,보장림상전업인재대오능구득도급시보충.
Objective A representative sample analysis of the impact factors of the growth process of the clinical academic leaders in Xinjiang Medical University, and found the general growth pattern. Methods The data were analyzed by means of interview and questionnaire survey. Results The clinical skills of academic leaders were 41-42 years old, and the peak of clinical skills was 46-49 years old, and the initial stage of scientific research and scientific research was overlapped with the peak period of 46-49 years. Conclusion The growth of talents is related to many factors. To establish a scientific and reasonable training system for the cultivation of clinical subject personnel, and to formulate the corresponding training policies, and to ensure that the clinical professional personnel can be added in time.
