目的有代表性抽样分析新疆医科大学临床学科带头人成长过程中的影响因素,发现普遍性成长规律.方法通过访谈和问卷调查法抽样调查研究,运用统计软件对数据进行相关性描述分析.结果学科带头人的临床技能贡献初步表现期为41-42岁,临床技能高峰贡献期在46-49岁;科研贡献初步表现期与高峰期重叠在46-49岁.结论人才成长与多因素相关.针对临床学科人才培养的培养需要建立科学、合理的培养体系,制定相应的培养政策,保障临床专业人才队伍能够得到及时补充.

Objective A representative sample analysis of the impact factors of the growth process of the clinical academic leaders in Xinjiang Medical University, and found the general growth pattern. Methods The data were analyzed by means of interview and questionnaire survey. Results The clinical skills of academic leaders were 41-42 years old, and the peak of clinical skills was 46-49 years old, and the initial stage of scientific research and scientific research was overlapped with the peak period of 46-49 years. Conclusion The growth of talents is related to many factors. To establish a scientific and reasonable training system for the cultivation of clinical subject personnel, and to formulate the corresponding training policies, and to ensure that the clinical professional personnel can be added in time.
