传统农业向现代农业的转型离不开科学技术的发展，更离不开大量的农业科技人才。农业现代化的发展缺乏实践性的复合型人才，而高等农业院校由于各种原因，培养的人才存在着理论知识不扎实、实践动手能力不足、知识结构单一等问题，不能满足农业现代化对农科人才的需求，从而造成了人才的供给和需求之间的错位。针对这种人才的错位进行了现状、原因和措施的分析，旨在同时解决农业现代化人才缺乏和农科人才就业难的双重问题。
전통농업향현대농업적전형리불개과학기술적발전，경리불개대량적농업과기인재。농업현대화적발전결핍실천성적복합형인재，이고등농업원교유우각충원인，배양적인재존재착이론지식불찰실、실천동수능력불족、지식결구단일등문제，불능만족농업현대화대농과인재적수구，종이조성료인재적공급화수구지간적착위。침대저충인재적착위진행료현상、원인화조시적분석，지재동시해결농업현대화인재결핍화농과인재취업난적쌍중문제。
Agriculture is now transforming from traditional to modern in China.The transforming has been supported by the development of science and technology, especially a number of agricultural talents with modern agricultural science and technolo?gy knowledge.At present, the practical inter?disciplinary talents can′t meet the demand of the development of agricultural modern?ization.However, the talents educated by agricultural colleges have some problems, such as poor theoretical knowledges, insuffi?cient practical abilities, simplified knowledge structure, and so on. The educated talents can not satisify the needs of agricultural modernization. Thus this has caused a mismatch between supply and demand of talents. For this dislocation of talents, this paper analyzed the current situation, reasons and solutions of the problem, and eventually help to find out solutions to the talent lack of agricultural modernization and employment problem of educated agricultural talents.
