在现代社会经济与科技不断发展进步的趋势下，中职生的压力也更为严重，受到来自家庭、学校以及社会等各方面因素影响，容易出现各类心理问题。因此中职学校心理健康教育课显得尤为重要，笔者就此简述了国内中职心理健康教育发展现状，并探讨了中职心理健康教育课的有效教学策略，希望有所指导和帮助。

in the modern social economy and the continuous development of science and technology progress of the trend, secondary vocational school students and the pressure is more serious, from family, school and society, and other various factors, prone to all kinds of psychological problems. So the vocational school education of psychological health is particularly important, the author of this paper the domestic vocational school psychological health education development present situation, and to explore the effective teaching strategy of secondary vocational education of psychological health, hope to have guidance and help.
