目的:观察两种口腔护理方法在预防经口气管插管患者口腔感染的临床效果.方法:将ICU经口气管插管患者40 例随机分为两组,两组患者均每日口腔护理 3 次,每次口腔护理间隔时间一致.观察组用一次性组合吸痰管+生理盐水对口腔进行冲洗,对照组用生理盐水棉球对口腔进行顺序擦洗,比较两组口腔感染发生率.结果:经口气管插管接呼吸机辅助通气4~5 d后,口腔感染发生率观察组均低于对照组( P<0.05).结论:口腔护理方法的改良,能使口腔感染的发生率明显降低.

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of two kinds of oral nursing methods in the prevention of oral infection in patients with oral endotracheal intubation.Methods: 40 patients with ICU were randomly divided into two groups, two groups of patients were daily oral care 3 times, each time the oral care. The observation group with disposable combined suction tube + saline to rinse the mouth, the control group was treated with saline cotton to oral sequential scrub, compared two groups of oral infection incidence.Results: the incidence of oral infection was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05) after 4~5d, the incidence of oral infection was observed. Conclusion: the improvement of oral nursing method can reduce the incidence of oral infections.
