分别使用牌号为 H20、A380、HL200、LP的不同表面活性的白炭黑为补强填料制备高温硫化氟硅橡胶混炼胶,测试其力学和耐温等性能。实验结果表明,用A380为氟硅橡胶的填料,其补强效果较好,综合力学性能更好;通过添加不同的结构控制剂考察了氟硅橡胶的储存稳定性,结果表明使用羟基封端氟硅油为结构控制剂时氟硅混炼胶储存前后力学性能变化小,加工性能好,使用二苯基二羟基硅烷时氟硅橡胶的耐热性最优。
分彆使用牌號為 H20、A380、HL200、LP的不同錶麵活性的白炭黑為補彊填料製備高溫硫化氟硅橡膠混煉膠,測試其力學和耐溫等性能。實驗結果錶明,用A380為氟硅橡膠的填料,其補彊效果較好,綜閤力學性能更好;通過添加不同的結構控製劑攷察瞭氟硅橡膠的儲存穩定性,結果錶明使用羥基封耑氟硅油為結構控製劑時氟硅混煉膠儲存前後力學性能變化小,加工性能好,使用二苯基二羥基硅烷時氟硅橡膠的耐熱性最優。

Heat curable fluorosilicone rubber was prepared using different brands of silica including A380 ,HL200 ,LP and H20 as reinforcing fillers to evaluate the mechanical property and thermostability .The results showed that heat curable fluorosilicone rubber possessed good mechanical properties when silica A380 was used as the filler .With the addition of constitution controller such as hydroxyl fluorosilicone oil and diphenylsilanediol ,the storability of fluorosilicone rubber could be enhanced .Little changes in mechanical properties of the rubber before and after storage could be achieved with the addition of hydroxyl fluorosilicone oil ,while the thermostability of fluorosilicone rubber could be better improved when diphenylsilanediol was used .
