课程资源的开发和利用在新课程中尤其引人注目。视频具有其他课程资源所没有的优点，因而越来越受到重视。然而，教师在开发和利用视频资源过程中面临不会查找和下载视频、滥用视频等问题。通过论述物理视频资源的概念，以及开发和利用物理视频资源的必要性和紧迫性、作用、原则、教学案例和注意事项，以期为初中物理教学提供参考。

Development and utilization of curriculum resources is particularly striking in the new curriculum. The video has the merit which the other curriculum resources do not have, more and more receives the attention.However, in the process of de?veloping and utilizing video resources, the teacher encounters problems such as finding and downloading video and abusing video. This paper discusses mainly the concept of physical video resources, and the necessity and urgency of developing and utilizing physical video resources, the role, principle, teaching case and attention items, and morder to provide the reference for physical teaching in junior middle school.
